I went with all caps, even though I find it a bit harder to read, because all caps can also indicate shouting. The idea of robots shouting at humans all the time, either on purpose or accidentally, feeds that subconscious sense of a coming robot apocalypse and makes the robots even more off-putting.
I like the uppercase, but from a practical point of view, I find the regular sentence case a lot easier to read - especially if the robots are chatty and there is a lot of text.

A mix mainly for readability.
And leaves room for all caps emphasis when needed.
What if it’s a mix of both, with numbers for vowels, s0 1t f33l5 a b1t mor3 b1nary?
Shouty robots are just funnier, that’s all
AI IS AWESOME AND MUST BE SHOUTED ALL TIME.
BEST ITEM SINCE BAKED WHEAT SLICED INTO THIN UNITS.
Visually, I like the all caps but it's too hard to read if it's longer than a couple of words
mix for readability, but nothing says it can't also talk in all caps should the situation justify it. I mean, computers yell too.
Like the custom font. Much easier to read in upper and lower case.
maybe they could talk in all lower case to suggest flat delivery
with no punctuation

Very torn. Shouting robots are great, but your lower case font is much easier to read and still looks very robotic with all of its cool angles.
