Best project I was ever on, I was the back-end, front-end, database, designer, and customer out-reach. All the autonomy to make it fantastic. All the fault if anything at all went wrong. But still, it was my favorite project to work on in my career.
I’ve been that person too! I was so desperate to get from a senior to a lead / head of. But in the end it turned out the role sucked regardless of the snazzy title!
