Is this a reference and dread of Diversity hires? Or the real or perceived issue of unfair advantage? Or the enotional impact when ppl who start after you, move faster and unexoectedly overtake you professionally?
I've missed the point here ..
I mean, I don't work in the data/IT world but just as a parent, my children are already overtaking me in income, ability and life scope. Not so much dread as resignation
