Substack is the home for great culture
A lot of groups/people need to learn about messaging. "This thing you love is killing the planet" is a really common message. What's needed is more, "this new lovable thing is awesome, and bonus, it kills the planet less!". The best example I've ever seen came from Arnold Schwarzenegger of all people. When asked about his pro-green stance, he laughed and said he hadn't given up anything, then bragged about how much better his eco-friendly stuff was.
More bragging about how great the eco-friendly stuff is, please. Because a lot of it is truly better, but in some cases (er, fewer cars), big changes need to be made to enjoy the full benefits (better transit and better development so you don't miss the cars).
